Evia Silence Retreat Centre is one of the most beautiful and peaceful retreat centers, located in a small traditional seaside village. Situated right on the beach, you can go from shavasana straight into the crystal clear sea just in a few steps. There are local tavernas (traditional restaurants) just five minutes walk, serving delicious Mediterranean dishes by the waterfront. The center is easily accessible from Athens, 2.5hrs by public or private transportation.

Further Information on the Course
In this course, we add to the knowledge you acquired in your 200-hour yoga teacher training. You will learn essential teaching skills which will boost your confidence as a yoga teacher. Some of these tools are: demonstrating (why, when, how, how not to, types of demonstrating), position of the teacher towards the students (when to sit, when not to sit), clear instructions (direct commands, indirect, passive, descriptive, energetic), observation of your students, handstand drills and many more. You will learn, practice these skills among your fellow students and receive constructive feedback.
It has become very common to get adjusted in yoga classes, with many students even expecting to get adjusted. Since there are infinite possibilities of how to adjust different body types in a posture, adjusting has become an art on its own. Hence, effective adjustments have the power to turn random drop-in yogis into loyal practitioners.
You will learn different options for alignment and different techniques of giving physical adjustments in a safe, supportive environment. By the end of the course you will feel confident in aligning and adjusting both yourself and your students in most popular yoga postures.

You will receive a 50-hour certification which can be used as a 50 hour CEP / CPD with Yoga Alliance.
This course is open to applicants who either hold a 200 hour certification from any school, any style, or have a regular yoga practice.

Check in: 2:00pm onwards on the day that the course starts.
Check out: 11:00am the day that the course finishes.

The initial deposit of 400 Euros is strictly non cancellable, non refundable and non transferable in any case.
If full course fee is already paid then refund of the course fee (minus 400 Euros booking amount and any transaction charges) is possible only if you cancel/change the booking minimum three months in advance.
Evia Silence will provide the accommodation as allocated to the student but it reserves the right to make any changes if needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
