Vinyasa could be translated as “arranging something in a special way”, like yoga poses for example. Students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to another. The pace is faster than the one in gentle yoga, which allows the body to heat up, in order to give students a balanced experience physically and mentally. It strengthens the body, creates flexibility and helps release toxins from within. It encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit.
